Terrible service from Cyclo Pro team

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of customer care from the Cyclo Pro team. I initially called to make a booking for a bicycle fitment and was told I would receive a call back. A week later, after no response, I followed up and spoke with Russel. He assured me that if I sent my details via WhatsApp, I would be assisted promptly once Andrew was available again. I sent my full details on 5 September, clearly stating the urgency of my request as I was preparing for a stage race starting 25 September. Despite my clear communication, I heard nothing back. On 23 September I followed up again, and only to received a message the next day saying my details had been passed on to Andrew. Andrew eventually contacted me only later that day, apologising for being away but offering to assist with a fit from “Monday onwards.” By then, the timing was far too late for what had been discussed and agreed upon with Russel. When I reminded him of my initial request and timeline, his only response was: “Apologies – only got back to fittings on Monday. Good luck with the race.” This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I took every step to communicate well in advance and support this business, yet I was disregarded and left without the assistance I had been promised. I will not be recommending Cyclo Pro to anyone in need of reliable, professional service.
