Bad service

We took the bike in for 3 things to be fixed. Then we get an sms telling us we need to replace a whole different parts than we asked for.

When my husband went their this morning to query why tgey qoute us on different things. The black guy said to him that it needs to be replaced and that the wheel is not the correct wheel.

They were very rude and insisted that we need to replace the parts.when my husband told them about what he asked they give a different answer.

We always take the bikes to them but after this. We won't go there again.
