Rude & Unprofessional Client Service

We took my boss's daughters bicycle in to Cycle World Witbank to get it fixed. The bicycle was there for over a week. When we decided to go and collect the bicycle there were some damages to the bicycle that was not there before we took it in (like the break lever and some other parts). When we asked "Coleen" (The lady working at the front desk) about the damages on the bike, she was rude to our driver who went to collect the bike and dropped the phone in my boss's ear while he was trying to ask her about the new damages to the bicycle. We would have thought that by now they would know what client service means and be able to assist accordingly.
