Excellent after sales service

I took my bicycle in for a complete checkup and to put a new sealant tube on one of the wheels. I wasn't thoroughly satisfied and returned with the bike. They assured me that if still not satisfied I can keep coming back until satisfied, they gave a commitment to ensuring that I am happy with what I paid for and they followed through with this commitment. Even when I was unreasonably upset they remained professional. So excellent after sales service!
