Repayment of deposit after cycle rental

I rented two bicycles from Cycle Teknix in May 2014 (that's right 2014). Part of the deal was that I pay a deposit for the bicycles that will be refunded to me when I return the bicycles. The initial service was fantastic, the cycles were delivered in an excellent condition to our hotel. However, we are still awaiting the repayment of our deposit, despite numerous calls and e-mails.
