Disgusting service from Cycle Logic Gillitts !!!!!!!

I took my two boy’s mountain bikes to Cycle Logic Gillitts on recommendation and dealt with the owner, Andrew. I wanted to get some minor repairs done to the bikes and then either sell them or trade them in for 3 NEW mountain bikes as I also want to buy one .

After 1 month I had no response so I called Andrew and asked him what was happening ? He told me that there were no parts available for the 2 bikes . I found that very odd as I have taken the bikes in for the same repairs multiple times to different bike shops and they have been repaired very quickly with NO issues.

After 2 months I called AGAIN and now I put the pressure on saying to Andrew what I have just written above. He was so rude to me that I said I will just come fetch the bikes and go somewhere else and he PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME !!!! No apologies !!!!

I took them to another mountain bike shop around the corner and they told me that there was plenty stock available of the parts needed and they could even have the parts machined if necessary !!!!!!!

Now business today is tough . Why are you in business if you cannot do something so simple and close a 3 BIKE deal that is offered to you on a silver plate ??????

I will never go back to Andrew from Cycle Logic Gillitts and I am just warning the world about the disgusting service I got !!!!
