Going the extra "mile" is what Cycle Factory shows in the excellent service

There is a huge amount of words I can say to explain the title of my review, but all I can say is that if you are a cyclist and have not had the pleasure of dealing with Gavin and/or Jacques at Cycle Factory it is really worth it. (I don't know all the other guys that work behind the scenes so you too are included) I don't cycle...I prefer to drive while fuel is still affordable....but my wife started the activity a while back and she has been given great advice, great service and overall the experience so far has been good. Thanks guys. We will continue our support. Why not 5 stars? Well...I just think that 5 stars refers to perfect and nobody is perfect...I am also allowing myself to add the 5th star in future by doing this. Thanks for your support and service during 2017. It has been a pleasure.
