Poor and dishonest service

From the onset the owner had no patience with my request to meet at a set time. She acted like she is doing me a favour. Then her employee asses my house during load shedding and makes a total mess up of the assessment resulting in my claim been repudiated. From the start since this job was under R2000 they made up their assesment that got my claim repudiated with Nedbank
