Bad service and false advertising

Very bad experience. Paid the 2 months installment as they requested, but lo and behold, they want MORE money. Another sum of R11200. They send you a BS statement from FNB that lian is approved, payout pending the payment of R11200 for ITC clearance certificate. I told this Mrs Innocentia that I don't have that, they must take it from loan amount, that is approved, after all, but they refuse. Then she phones you back and say that she spoke to the so called attotneys, and they agreed on half the amount which is R5600. I asked her to cancel the whole process, and refund me the amount I paid. I was told it takes 14 days, and she will get back to me the next day, which was Saturday. She never phoned me back, and she is ignoring me ever since. If I don't get my funds refunded within their required 14 days, I am laying a complaint against them at the Consumer Court, as I am tired of being **** to. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE .
