ripping of my money

I've rented at one of their estates and when i moved out i was ********** lot of money. ive just realized now that they have attempted to debit my money for the past 3 months and leaving my account on a bad state with unreturned. ive emailed them and they requested bank statements to check with finance and promised that they will give me feedback. its been 2 weeks without any word from them. ive emailed again and no response. rumour has it from the tenants that this company is their nature to rip people off their money and that they wont respond to queries. kindly assist to expose this company.
