Having had my car hit by an errant tow truck driver, I decided to invest in an expensive dashcam that would afford me the opportunity to provide evidence should I ever be in that position again. The unit that I bought from Cybotech SA worked like a dream, but the navigation system didn't work. I returned the unit to Cybotech, who acknowledged that the unit was faulty. Instead of replacing that unit with the same make, they upgraded the product, and have sent me a better quality dashcam. Their dealings with me have always been helpful, and any problems that I experienced were handled with kindness and excellent explanations.
