No response to query 'on hold' after online order last week

After ordering online and paying by EFT and submitting payment confirmation immediately still no contact since Thursday 19 October. Queried by email, no reply Queried by website IM function, no reply After having purchased same companies goods through Takealot previously, without any issues I am regretting going directly. Maybe a 1star will get a response
