Cybertrade Paint

I bought a 20lt interior white silk paint of which I paid R950 & a 20lt plaster primer from Cybertrade paints, the chatsworth branch of which I painted my room walls with , believe me this paint is of bad quality it had very little coverage on my walls, then I reported it to Cybertrade of whom they sent Robin the guy whom handles all Cybertrades complaints , he did not even look at the walls where we painted because he had to climb a ladder to the new room which we where building, now how can you send a guy who cannot climb a ladder what if they was a complaint about they roof paint then how would he have done that. Any case he looked at the paint roller we where using he said we where using the wrong roller of which they supp**** me then I went back to them I told the lady by the name of Thunga that she supp**** me with the wrong roller she was absolutely rude screaming at me with other customers around saying she did not supply me with the wrong roller, but anyway I bought the correct roller from them and still no coverage, we used the whole 20lt on a 26 sq meter room which means we painted the room with 8 coats, which proves they paint is of very bad quality. I then told Robin to come see me with regards to the paint complaint he never turned up , they don't even take my messages. I lost my trust in Cybertrade then I went & bought 10lt of dulux white silk and believe me the coverage was absolutely good. In 2013 I painted my house with a portland color of which I bought from them believe me the paint has faded so bad that when I took it to them to color match it to my old house as I was painting my new building that rude lady Thunga said it not Cybertrade paint as they paints never fade....so what is she is trying to say I am lying ,they fail to realize that we are the customers . My advise please people do not buy cheap paints to try to save money, in the long run its actually cost you more.
