Cyber.it is useless

I bought a printer from this cyber.it via online. They advertised comparing with take alot priced when searching for prices. A few days went by and I didn't hear anything. So I mailed them and they advised the printer is out of stock. I asked for a refund. They requested my banking details. It's now been a week and I still don't have my refund. Their after sales support is pathetic. Do not buy from them. I'm starting to think this is a ****.
