Worse VPN on the market

This has to be the worst VPN on the market. The connection keeps on dropping and will not reconnect. Then it blocks my router's connection as a 'safety guard'. When I contact support they keep on telling me the same nonsense. Change your settings and try again. Done that 1000 times guys, now how about you actually do something about this useless service you claim to provide.
