Worst service ever

I am an old customer of Cybercellar. I used to get very good service. But I placed an oversees order with Simone. She promised to come back with me - it never happened. I phoned her this morning and she was very rude to me. Told me she is the only one at the support desk. That is not my problem. And the next moment she put the phone down in my ear. Disgusting!!!! Needless to say I placed an order for wine at another company.
