Worst delivery ever!!

Great wine selections but my gosh the worst delivery service ever! They’ve fooled me twice now. First time I figured okay makes sense with lockdown and this time I’m over it. Support / Ziyanda sounds super sweet and apologetic but it’s all a ****. I ordered wine on the 19th Aug and still hasn’t arrived. Received an email giving me a tracking number saying the wine had been dispatched on the 31st yet two days later still not arrived. Never using them again because you will not get your wine especially if you’re buying bulk for specific events. Be warned!
