Useless

This may be a service that works when everything goes according to plan but certainly doesn't work when things don't. Bought a bottle of whiskey for a birthday present about 2 weeks before the date. Got a reply about 12 days before the date to say the product is being shipped and would take 3-5 days. The day before the due date I get a mail to say that they're out of stock and do I want something else or a refund. I opted for the refund and that was the last I've heard of these people. There are definitely far better options.. These guys are amateurs.
