So much for 1st class service

<p>I cannot believe how pathetic cybercellar has become..... Place an order in the beginning of the month, still havent received my email confirmation of order, the only way i now it was done is when i go online to their website. Now 4 weeks later can bearly get hold of them and everytime when i do manage to get hold of them i keep getting told tomorrow it will be shipped out...... yet tomorrow doesnt seem to come.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much for their apparant 1st class service............!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
