Order completed and paid and then got cancelled

Why did I not look at the reviews first? Ordered and paid being very clever with SnapScan. Out of pocket according to the bank. After monitoring my status online, I submitted mail to support asking when will payment be registered, given this is not an EFT. Answer was that these are verified farely quickly. Next minute order cancelled. Another mail from me asking why is it cancelled, I am still out of pocket. Another e-mail requesting me to send proof of payment. POP together with a whole rundown of the process submitted via another e-mail. According to Google the office is closed now. Apparently, every day at 15:00. I am not sure running a 24/7 digital platform supported by 7/5 office hours make sense. I gave my telephone number for a conversation as I cannot find any contact number. It is time that the digital business realise that digital transformation should aim at a better experience as the historic telephonic experience. The fact that one is looking for a telephone number is just proof that digital 2/3/4/5/n.0 is not delivering on the promise of this new digital transformed era.
