Do not place orders with this company.

I placed an order for R4100 on 2.12.21 and on 20.12.21 cancelled it due to Cybercellar being unable to confirm a delivery date. I was promised a refund in 3 to 5 working days by someone called Jess. It is now 04.01.22 and my R4100 has still not been refunded. This is a dishonest company. They have failed to reply to my emails and I see that they do not bother replying to customer complaints on this website. Stay away from this business.
