Cybercellar failing to deliver order in more than a month; unable to contact them

Wine ordered by internet. Was informed on 5 July that order was ready and on its way. Nothing has been delivered yet. Attempts to contact Cybercellar unsuccesful. Tried 2 email addresses and the telephone number. Reply came back that the adresses and telephone number do not exist. Wine already paid for more than a month ago not yet delivered. Order number #***
