Thank you Malcolm

Initially I was disappointed that work was done without first quoting, so I phoned Malcolm up guns blazing expecting a fight. Malcolm was so gracious and admitted that he had made the mistake, he offered to reverse the extra part that was fitted but also carefully explained the use of it. He gave me a few solutions and really made me feel at ease. I really appreciated the honesty and the great customer service I received, not to mention the humble accountability that was taken. I will definitely be referring Cyberbike and using them again myself. Thanks to both Malcolm and Marilyn who were both super helpful and kind.
