Endangering clients with poor workmanship
I have entered into an agreement with Cyberbike in that they will attend to and complete a FULL service and break pad replacement on my motorbike. I received my motorbike after three days in that i was guaranteed that the bike is in PERFECT condition. Four days later I was travelling on a public road in peak hour traffic when suddenly the rear wheel locked and i started skidding out of control at about 50km/h, losing control and crashing into the back of another vehicle, sustaining serious injuries to myself and to the vehicle into which i drove and my bike. The OLD BLONDE secretary gave me attitude from the moment i went to the shop to report the matter stating that it was TOTALLY not their fault and that it was the fault of the manufacturer of the motorbike. The whole break calliper came loose and the break pads fell out completely, the break calliper ended up getting tangled in the spokes of the rear wheel causing it to lock and causing the accident. The OWNER of Cyberbike contacted me and attempted to give me a half-hearted apology and offered to fix the bike. a week later and no attempt to contact me regarding the bike, SIMPLY PATHETIC and strongly suggest AVOID CYBERBIK
