Disgracefully rude and terrible service

Tl;Dr Rude unhelpful sales staff, overcharging ******* prices and inept mechanics. Do not visit.<br> <br> I booked my scooter in for a brief service and was grossly overcharged without being given a quote first. During the service they cracked the screen over the odometer and refused to replace it, accusing me of lying about the part's prior status even though they had checked the scooter the day before. When I questioned the exorbitant price (double that of almost all other dealers) the woman behind the counter became rude, snappy and unhelpful. She was happy to take my money, but then swore at me in the parking lot after payment and bringing the odometer to her attention.<br> <br> The owner then later phoned to shout at me for upsetting his wife with questions i.e. the saleswoman. Business comes first, and the owner phoning me over a family affair is ridiculous coupled with the joke of a service experience makes this place a solid 0/10.
