Shark, dangerous, *****eulent

Had my daughters phone fixed and the guy quoted me R1400 + R150 for screen protector. Then charged me R1950 instead of R1550. Phoned him, now I get long arguments. My 21 year old son was there and he remembers what I am stating. This guy is a shark.
