NO GOODS ? NO REFUND

I give you my word? Does this even mean anything?? Since October 2014 DONOVAN ACAR from CYBER GEEX gave me his word at least a 10 times. Today is the 16th of Feb 2015 and I still have not received either the goods that I paid for nor the refund?? <br> <br> Am I being ****med??<br> <br> Is Donovan Acar a *****??<br> <br> Does Cyber Geex even exist??<br> <br> I am so tired of phoning him each and every day just to hear another STORY.<br> <br>
