After 6 months still no goods nor a refund

Please view the previous posts. Since October last year I've been battling to get either my diagnostic scanner or my money back from Donovan Acar (Cyber Geex). I've been contacting him on a very regular basis to find out what's happening. Al I've ever received was empty promises.
