Withdrawal delays

I have made a withdrawal 2 weeks ago and still have not received my money when I called they mentioned that they had a backlog of payments but I will be assisted soon but till today I have many people I have reffered to them over 80 and now I have to explain this matter to them after pushing them to open accounts with cyberfx how I regret this move I have made and now my account I am no longer managing because I just want to close it and open one with a different broker, n supporting sa brokers seems to be a waste of time I truly am disappointed in them because some time last week they confirmed to have resolved their issue but it is now longer than one can take and who regulates cyberfx anyway who do we take the matter to if no help is from cyberfx themselves
