Horrible Customer Service and TAT for Deposits

These people used to be a great broker, very fast and efficient but lately when you make a deposit, you will wait for hours before your funds are allocated, you will send enormous emails to their support desk, even CC people you know personally from that business but you will not get any response and you try to call them and they just ignore the phone, I do not know what really hit Cyber-FX this bad but they need to fix it because according to me right now, they customer service is really bad. They are in SA and expect you to wait 48hrs for funds to be allocated, by then you had missed out on great opportunities. at least someone replies and give some feedback, but nothing.

Each time you make a deposit or withdrawal you need to keep pushing for your request to be actioned
