Funds Allocation.

Hi to all. I am writing this review due to the inconvenience and poor service i've received from Cyber FX. I started recently with the company to trade as referred by my fellow trading friend who now can't explain why Cyber is being so unprofessional with their process. I funded my account the first time to trade and all went well and efficient, maybe its because i was only starting so they were trying to keep me coming, nice move Cyber. I lost all my money which i didn't mind because its still my first time on a live account. I deposited my last money from my salary hoping to continue trading so that i can make it back as i now have better knowledge of the market and all that goes in with it, but till today, after sending my proof to 2 of their consultant, namely, peter@cyberfx and andile@cyberfx, still no funds allocated to my account and now my account is really blown as i have a small margin and can't handle any trades. I've been told that Cyber FX is not fully regulated with the FSB and i would urge anyone to fully consider their risk of the broker in subject if they want to trade and make an informed decision. based on the companies review from other traders i am more worried if they will still get back to me because suddenly they don'e answer calls, nor reply to emails. My details is Koos Lethoba, ********** 042. I am still waiting for you to allocate my funds. I will wait for them because its the only money i have and have no choice but to plead to you and say PLEEEEEEAAAAASE allocate my money i beg you!

If not just tell me you are insolvent then we can take further actions to what needs to happen since i deposited my money into your account to get service.
