CyberFx is extremely useless

I have been waiting for my withdrawal from CyberFx for 3 weeks now. I do understand the situation they are facing but honestly that is not the clients problem. The company should have a private Trust for unforseen issues such as this one. Cyber needs to keep in mind that all their clients are Traders and therefore make their living through this. The problem with Cyber is they do not communicate. I had private cell numbers for employees in the JHB office, they even blocked my number and every since Landline & phones do not get answered! Now, due to reckless actions they have caused panic and disorder. We as clients want what is owed unto us. And is it now the responsibility of Kevin to ensure i receive what is owed unto me, i want a date and time i should expect my funds! End of discussion.
