Good Day Brandon, when a  consumer cannot make their monthly payment as per the agreements put in place by your creditors , the creditors will terminate the debt review as per Section 86(10) or Section 88(3) of the NCA, debt review does not protect any consumer from being handed over to collection agencies ( especially if a consumer misses or skips payments during the debt review program). Unfortunately when lesser payments are made and interest rates remain at a contractual rate , then logically it will take a consumer a extended period to finish their debt review program. It is important to note , that when a consumer is undergoing debt review , it is always recommend that a consumer looks to increase their single monthly payment on annual basis. As this will shorten the duration of being under debt review. Please contact our office on *** that we may conduct a formal review of your current financial situation and we will advise and assist accordingly. Regards HJM Overbeek NCRDC3022
