Unhappy client

Hi. Ive been under debt review at Cyberfinance. My service was terminated because I found out that my debt, payed by Cyberfinance has long been prescribed, as per NCR act. I informed them and through Splendi, I got my XDS report stating that my accounts has been cleared. I then inform Cyberfinance and ask them to issue me a clearance certificate. I have paid R440.00 for what i have realises afterwards, its only a notification letter to my creditors that I am no longer with cyberfinance. Cyberfinance then redflagged me, making it impossible to get credit any where. With all my proof and the payment made, I only need them to issue me with a clearance cerificate. I have only this issue with cyberfinance.
