Sad customer.

I have had the privilage to be assit by Naema Isaacs at cyberfinance. Very helpful and very profesional. However, for helping me with my clearance certificate. I have send her a copy of my XDS report reflecting that my accounts has been cleared by Splendi. Nazeema request an amount of R440.00, for what I have understand it to be for my clearance certificate. That amount was only to send notifications to my creditors that I am no longer with cyberfinance. For whatever reason, cyberfinance redflag me at the NCR. Cyberfinance are aware of my XDS report, and the money for the certificate. All i want is for them to remove the redflag againts me. There was never mentioned in the contract that if I terminate the contract, that I will be redflag. I was at first very excited of their service but now, not so much.
