*Review:* I was under debt review with them , when I got retrenched in 2020 they were suppose to help clear my name Wich they did not do , Instead they cancelled the debt review contract I had with them
*Review:* I was under debt review with them , when I got retrenched in 2020 they were suppose to help clear my name Wich they did not do , Instead they cancelled the debt review contract I had with them. I'm still in debt as I am not working , creditors don't want to clear my name with my retrenchment letter , It seems like creditors don't want anything to do with company and they say alot of money that I payed over a 2year period were never paid to my creditors.

19 Oct 2021, 10:00Good Day Abram Fourie , we have not obtained any further feedback from you as to our initial request for further information, According to our records , you were informed to contact your creditors directly and to inquire as to weather you have credit life insurance built into your creditors monthly installments. Retrenchment does not guarantee that you accounts will be settled , provided you had credit life insurance included with your accounts. Please feel free to reach out to us on *** , once all your accounts have been settled , so that we can issue your clearance certificate - regards CF
