Refund Requested

I cancelled my debt review process with the Cyberfinance in which I had to R350 and signing some documents for cancellation. An amount of R5000 was deducted from my bank account and necessary documents were signed and submitted. They mentioned that their turnaround time for refunds is 5-7 days. Today is the 09/092015 which is the 9th day from the 27/082015 since I requested the refund. I feel as if now I am begging for my money since I have made many phone calls and send emails for the refund with empty promises.
