No longer taking calls.

We have been in contacted with Cyberfinance for the longest time, and we have settled all our accounts, when we asked for the clearance certificate, we were told we still need to pay aftercare fees and we did and sent proof of payment on the 21st, from than no one is taking our calls, even their whatsapp number they don't reply, emails too, nothing. We thought maybe they had closed for the holidays, but their site and socials says a different thing....Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!
