Cyber Finance is pathetic

I feel guilty for even giving them a star, they deserve a zero. I had to terminate their service because they have no communication with their clients. I sent them a WhatsApp as well as an email informing them of the accounts I had paid up and they didn't respond however continued to pay these companies even though I had paid them up.

Now I sent them an email requesting a payment spreadsheet for one of these companies as they are willing to pay back my money but Cyber Finance will not respond to my emails.
