Bad service

<p>I joined CYBER finance beginning of 2015 and everything went well apparently until I saw the statement from one of the creditors and I realised something was wrong. After calling them for about a week or so they eventually told me the account in question was terminated from debt review and they never let me know claiming that they have been trying to reinstate the account. when I asked them what are they going to do about the account cause it was now R8000 more than what it was in the beginning. JENNIFER the manager said"There's nothing we can do" and I am responsible for fixing their mess with my account.Now I'm thinking of the money they have paying over 2years to this account and never made any difference.</p> <p>One other account was R00 last month as per their monthly statement after distribution, this month the statement says they paid R367 to the very same account!!!what the hell!!! When I asked them what is going on,JENNIFER the manager said"Our system is not accurate,never mind the statements we are sending you"</p> <p>I dealt with NOMONDE before and she was of no use to me cause she would be said to be busy from the very first second till the last and never came back to me the whole day,that's at I ended up talking to her manager and that was because I wrote review on their Facebook.</p> <p>I'm just sharing my experience with CYBER finance. My advice to every one out there is MIND YOUR STEP</p>
