Terrible service

Should be a negative rating! Very disgusted with the service received. I bought a stovetop kettle on 17 August, was promised a 3 month guarantee, tried to return it on 4 September as it had started rusting inside, but was refused, no exchange no refund. Chinese owners didn’t even have the decency to talk to me, rattled off to each other in Chinese and then sent a staff member to tell me that ‘there’s nothing they can do as I was boiling water in it I should expect rust‘ Now I understand things rust but really ... within 2 weeks?? And while still under guarantee?
