worst service ever

I wanted to close my account and ask the lady to help me. She told me it will be R496 to close the account. I then ask but its cheaper to this freeze the account, this would have cost R300. She said no she wont freeze the account I have to close it. She was being very rude!!!! I then said ok fine ill close the account and she then swiped my card for R500. I know R3 isn't much but still don't ***** from people and be so open about it. She did greet me she just got up and felt. I feel that the way they treated me is just wrong!
