Please be aware and careful when dealing with Ewan Cameron Once the house is sold they become unresponsive to any of the queries you may have We had a refund due because we had believed the agent and lawyer of the owner who are all related when we were told to pay advances upfront for Ethekwini to the lawyer of the owner we were purchasing the property from. However the procedure was not to pay the owners lawyer the advance for Ethekwini like we were advised. We believed the agent and paid the advance upfront. Ethekwini later advised the owner at that time would need to pay the advances and once all is settled Ethekwini would charge all relevant charges to the new owners account. We now have a refund from our advances that was paid upfront to the lawyer and they together refuse to understand or even acknowledge this. When we tried calling and explaining the lawyer cut the call and the sales agent Alex is non responsive.
