WARNING DO NOT USE CWD INTERNET SOLUTIONS

I'm extremely disappointed and angry. Its as if this illusive Morne that runs the Midrand CWD Internet Solutions franchise is only happy to receive my money and has thereafter disappeared. I have paid for domain registration and internet hosting. I further requested he create two email addresses for me which he did. Thereafter i requested technical support in setting up this email addresses on my mobile device. Which he only sent vague instructions via email. I tried these instructions but with no success. I reported that the instructions are not being accepted. He keeps quite, then I resort to calling him which will be for 6 times. He doesn't take my calls, he requests that callers leave a voice mail in which I did so. But he still doesn't return my calls. Their website has no registered office whereby I can go visit and get help personally. I need further technical assistance with servers. I'm business cannot get of the ground without this assistance. I demand a refund so that I can approach a service provider that is serious in proper customer care!!!. Please help..
