Pool builder with a silver tongue

The owner of this business started to install the pool and got about half way. He asked for his final payment and has since not progressed any further with the work. There is always some problem either with his staff or the weather on other contractors or something. He keeps making empty promises that he will be with us next week then again next week and so on and so forth. It has been more than six months since he started with the contract and I see no end in sight, If anyone reads this review avoid using this business at all costs. He has a silver tongue and will make you feel that you made the right choice in the beginning, but then lets you down badly.
