I am very disappoint...

I am very disappointed in them I bought a UPS device from them on the 4th of October and it is still under guarantee now they don't won't to give me a new one because the the other ones battery didn't last long they told me this morning some stuff burned in the box and that is not under guarantee how can you assist me with this please
