To anyone who is selling or buying a house do not use these attorneys for the conveyancing of the property and/or cancellation of bonds . They are useless ,slow and arrogant I am having to deal with them at the moment only because my conveyance attorney used them to cancel the bond on a cash deal . 6 weeks later we are still waiting for the two women , Chantel and Christine to lodge . When trying to query and leaving messages to phone back . NOTHING. Their arrogance is sicking . The result is that I will be out of pocket for R15,000 and will probably have to say to the new owners that they can not move in on a cash deal they paid for in April because of these people
