****, UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION(DEBIT ORDER)

I paid R19.99 for a once off service which was valid for 14 days, they then debited R599.99 the following month in my account without my consent & told me it is a recurring payment, yet I never authorized any debit order & never used their service after the 14days I had paid for, I emailed them to refund my money back & they refused & said they are extending the service to a 1 year trial for this R599.99, they are ignoring the fact that I said I'm not interested in their ****, all I want is my money back & no stories, they now treat my query as if I was on a free trial yet I paid for the service I used for 1day.
