Extremely Disappointed with CV Tools Pro

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with CV Tools Pro and their customer service. Despite multiple emails regarding the cancellation of my subscription, I continue to face issues that remain unresolved.

The primary reason I wanted to cancel my subscription is that ever since I created my account, I have never been able to log in and use the tool, yet they keep deducting money from my account. I was assured that my subscription had been canceled, yet I received another notification today of an attempt to deduct funds. This ongoing situation is not only frustrating but also financially burdensome, as I am incurring unnecessary bank charges with every failed attempt to withdraw funds.

The lack of transparency and efficiency in handling this matter is unacceptable. I have provided all necessary details to resolve the issue, but it seems that my concerns are being ignored. I trusted CV Tools Pro to handle my account responsibly, but this experience has been nothing short of a headache.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before subscribing, as the service appears unreliable, and the customer support is lacking.
