Beware of the 14 day paid trial

The website works very nice however... I had a 14 day paid trial that I canceled on the 14th day. When I contacted customer support to find out why my card was charged with the monthly amount, I was told that it stated on the subscription page that the subscription must be canceled 24 hours prior to the trial ends. No where on the trial subscription page does it mentioned the 24 hours. And after "subscription ended" will be the day after and not the day it actually ended. Why do they say you can cancel any day during the 14 day trial but if you cancel on the last day of the trial it's not accepted and they won't refund the charge?
